Welcome to my academic profile page.

Welcome to my academic profile. I am Dr. Amer Ali Khaleel, and I hold a Ph.D. in Immunology from the Department of Medical Microbiology at Hawler Medical University's College of Medicine. My primary research focuses on the intersections of medical and molecular immunology.

As an educator, my pedagogical philosophy centers on inspiring lifelong learning by delivering lectures with enthusiasm, passion, and active engagement. My ultimate goal is to equip my students with the critical thinking skills necessary to graduate as independent scientists and healthcare professionals, fully prepared to lead in their respective fields.

I have published more research in local and international scientific journals.

Research Interests:

I will be excited to explore different research areas in immunology.

  • Immunology is important in understanding disease pathologies like rheumatoid arthritis, diabetes mellitus, and oncology.
  • Immune regulation is like understanding the complexities of the signalling cascade in various immunological cells, or lymphocytes.
  • Comprehending fundamental immunological principles, applicable to bedside situations, is crucial.
  • Role of infection in cancer.
