Yahya Zakariya Shakir received his bachelor's degree in the Statistics Department in the College of Administration and Economics at Salahaddin University, Erbil, Iraq. He is an Assistant Lecturer in the Statistics Department in the College of Administration and Economics at Salahaddin University, Erbil. He has MSc degree in The Factors That Affect Student's Attitude of Technology from Yuzuncu Yil University, Turkey. Now, he is working at Nursing Department in Hawler Medical University, Erbil, Iraq.
