Signing a Memorandum of Understanding Between the College of Pharmacy and Awamedica Company
In order to strengthen relations between academic duties and the pharmaceutical industrial sector, and with the aim of providing training opportunities and developing students' capabilities, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed on 19/10/2026 between:
Asst. Prof. Dr. Hunar Kamal Omer, Dean of the College of Pharmacy
and
Mr. Shvan Othman Sabir, General Manager of Awamedica Company for Pharmaceutical Manufacturing.
This agreement aims to exchange expertise, strengthen scientific research, and provide field training opportunities for the college's students at Awamedica Company, which is one of the leading companies in the field of pharmaceutical production.
It is hoped that this step will serve to further benefit the health sector and elevate the scientific and practical standards of future pharmacists.
