On Sunday, September 23, 2026, the College of Pharmacy at Hawler Medical University, in coordination with the Kurdistan Pharmacists Syndicate, launched a summer training course in the seminar hall of the College of Pharmacy. The course is held under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Pharmacy, Asst. Prof. Dr. Hunar Kamal Omer, and in the presence of the President of the Kurdistan Pharmacists Syndicate, Dr. Baref Zahir Rashid, along with heads of departments, the head of the Quality Assurance Unit, and the college's activities coordinator.
The course is titled "New Therapeutic Targets for Neurological Conditions (PD,CVA, AD and MS): Understanding Disease Pathways: Pharmacist-Led Strategies for Optimal Care.
