Thank you. Your interest in studying at Hawler Medical University is important to us.

This form provides assistance with the application process and includes a wide range of
important information you may need to submit it.
This information you may require before, during and after your application, so please keep a copy handy. 
Application to Hawler Medical University has 2 steps:
First StepOnline Application Form 2023-2024 (soft-copies)
Once the form has been submitted, you must copy the received form information that is supposed to receive to your e-mail and forward it to the official HMU admission e-mail address (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.). The validity of issuing English Language certificates must be done in the Directorate of Higher Education at Hawler Medical University before online submission.
Second Step: On-campus Application (hard-copies)
Application of the hard-copies' requirement to the Directorate of Higher Education at Hawler Medical University. Koya Road, 100 m street, beside Rizgary Teaching and Rojhalat Emergency Hospital. For this purpose, there is an online appointment form before visiting HMU for hard-copy submission.

1. BSc Certification with grades or Equalized Certificate
2. Nationality Certificate
3. Civil Status Card
4. Residency Card
5. National Card (If available)
6. Passport
7. Personal Photo
8. Application Form (available on the HMU website)
9. English Language Certification (if available and must be valid)
10. For Martyrs and Anfal Family (1st relative degree) support letter approved by the Ministry of Martyrs and Anfal Affairs
11. MSc Certification with grades or Equalized Certificate (for PhD applicants)
12. Quality Assurance Certification of the last academic year 2021-2022 (for PhD applicants)
13. List of the Published Articles after the last certification. Mentioning the Title, Type of Journal (IF, SCOPUS, or NUR approved) and the Link (for PhD applicants)
14. Non-objection Letter لارى نەبوون (For the Permanent Employments)
15. Service summary پوختەى ڕاژە (For the Permanent Employments)
