On Sunday, August 23, 2026, the third and final week of the Building a Successful Pharmaceutical Business training course was successfully completed at Hawler Medical University – College of Pharmacy, marking the conclusion of the three-week training course.
The final session, presented by Dr. Beyar Aram, focused on Pharmaceutical Business Agreements, bringing together practical advice and key considerations for establishing and managing professional business agreements within the pharmaceutical sector.
Key topics covered during the session included:
* Practical tips and advice for pharmaceutical company owners and those planning to establish or enter the pharmaceutical business.
* The essential points that both parties should discuss, clarify, and agree on before signing a business agreement.
* Particular attention was given to important contract terms, including the duration of the agreement, payment terms, termination conditions, product quality requirements, exclusivity, and court/jurisdiction.
* The importance of clearly defining when an agreement begins, how long it remains valid, and the conditions under which either party may terminate the contract.
* How the agreement should address product quality and quality-control requirements, including the responsibilities of both parties when a product does not meet the agreed quality specifications.
* Practical considerations for building a clear agreement that protects the interests and responsibilities of both parties and helps prevent future misunderstandings or disputes.
With the completion of the third week, the Building a Successful Pharmaceutical Business training course officially came to an end.
