- Approve the personnel issues related to recruitment of staff, promotion, increase of salaries, etc.
- Approve and follow-up of administrative, procurement and financial activities
- Supervising all managers in the university
- Supervise auditing activities
- Review and comments on minutes of colleges councils' meetings
- Supervise the supply of equipment and furniture and manage the warehousing and logistics activities
- Supervise printing of IDs and university publications
- Supervise the university activities related to graduation ceremony, scientific trips, etc
- Supervise the supply of materials for sport activities and organize sport activities in the colleges
