This Policy establishes the principles governing the assessment, payment, collection, administration, and management of student tuition fees at Hawler Medical University (HMU).
It also establishes the University's framework for:
- tuition fee payment;
- approved instalment arrangements;
- tuition fee discounts;
- financial hardship assistance;
- deferred payment arrangements;
- tuition fee refunds and credit balances;
- financial holds; and
- student appeals relating to tuition fees.
The Policy aims to ensure that tuition fee administration is transparent, equitable, financially sustainable, and consistent with applicable legislation, Ministry regulations, and KAAE quality assurance standards.
