Ivan Ismail, a student from the College of Pharmacy of Hawler Medical University,
had won the first place in the weightlifting championship of the University of Salahaddin. The championship was organized on 25 February 2019 for all the universities in Kurdistan. On this occasion, the University President, Assist. Prof. Dr. Dara O. Meran received the student in his office on 7 March 2019 to congratulate him. He wished his more success in the future and showed the university's support to his sport activities.
